Have you noticed the serious faces when you travel in a subway?  Or the faces people have when they wait at the airport?

Or The serious mask your manager wears when talking to you?

Or The serious face your organization puts on when publishing an announcement on their corporate website?

You believe that others won't take you seriously if you don't put on a serious face.

Ironically, your serious face is a wall that prevents us (your team, your employees, your users and your clients) from connecting to you.

It stops us from getting to know you and If we don't know you enough to care about you, your blog, your product or your organization how do you expect us to take you seriously?

When it comes to your organization:

If it looks corporate change it and it looks serious spice it up.

And that is when things becomes remarkable people start giving you some..... serious attention.
